About Me
Hi there! I’m Stephany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges and seeking meaningful change.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, government agencies, non-profits, and private practice. While I bring extensive training and experience as a psychotherapist, I firmly believe you are the expert on your life. My role is to guide and support you in gaining deeper insight into yourself, your struggles, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your journey.
One of the things I love most about my work is breaking down the complexities of the human experience into relatable and meaningful insights. I’m here to help you feel understood, navigate life’s joys and pains with honesty, and find the motivation to embrace growth and change. In therapy, my goal is for you to feel truly seen, validated, and understood, while also feeling challenged. I’m passionate about fostering connections because I believe the quality of our lives is deeply rooted in the quality of our relationships, especially the one we cultivate in the therapy space.
My approach is solution-focused, trauma-informed, and heart-centered. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore, process, grieve, grow, and celebrate each step of your progress.

I look forward to connecting with you and walking alongside you on this path toward healing and growth.
